Day 01

Pick up from your hotel, safari briefing drive to Tsavo East National Park .Tsavo means ‘Place of Slaughter’ in kamba language. This park is best for photographers with its fabulous light and fantastic views. Which includes; the Mudanda Rock and the Yatta Plateau, the world’s largest lava flow. Lugard Falls on the Galana River are remarkable for the shaped water-worn rocks. Among the animals found here includes the big 5 , waterbuck, kudu, gerenuk and zebra. Aruba hunter’s hartebeest, with its lyre-shaped horns. Lunch at Ashnil Aruba Lodge. Afternoon game drive to follow returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 02

Head further up to Amboseli National park. The park well known for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants. Other attractions of the park includes opportunities to meet the Masai people and Stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas and antelope are well represented. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge .Afternoon gamedrive will follow where you may get a chance to spot all the above mentioned animals . Meals and overnight at the lodge.

Day 03

Leave after breakfast with game drive enroute to Salt lick ‘Famed for being among the most words most photographed lodges” .The lodge is at top stilts overlooking a water hole and designed for lofty game viewing from its thatched roof rondavels and walkways.Lunch at Taita Hills game lodge sister hotel to Saltlick. Afternoon game drive animals expected to be found here includes lions, cheetah, baboons, giraffes, elephants and many more. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

4 Days-Tsavo Saltlick Safari touches Tsavo east West as well as salt lick. This package is suitable for all age groups and doable throughout all the seasons.

Tsavo Saltlick Safari accommodation is carefully selected from medium, Luxury tented camps as well as high end lodges. The two parks Tsavo East and West are the largest parks in Kenya. They host big populations of Elephants, buffaloes and other big animals.

DAY 02

Proceed to Tsavo West National Park after breakfast. The park is famous for the Mzima Springs, with its unique underwater hippo observatory. Both Tsavo’s are famous for the largest population of red-skinned elephants. The “Big 5” African animals are well represented in addition to other small animals. Kenyan birds as well as giraffe, zebra and plains game can be found here.
Above all, from Lake Jipe to the mountain forests of the Chyulu Hills, the wide range of landscape offers protection to many endangered African wildlife. These includes; the Cosen’s gerbil, Hunter’s hartebeest, several species of shrew and rat, and wild dogs. Game enroute to the lodge for check in and lunch. Finally, afternoon game drive dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 03

After breakfast, leave with game drive enroute to Salt lick. The lodge is ‘Famed for being among the most worlds photographed lodges”. The lodge overlooks a water hole. Well designed for lofty game viewing from its thatched roof rondavels and walkways. Arrive in time for lunch, after that, afternoon game drive will follow. Animals seen here includes the big 5, giraffes, elephants and many more. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 04

In conclusion, have an early morning game drive back to the lodge for breakfast and leave for Mombasa. On arrival, drop off back to your hotel.

Early morning game drive when the animals are active return for breakfast. Saltlick lodge is set in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary overlooking a waterhole and the vast Tsavo plains. It is build a top stilts overlooking a water hole and designed for lofty game viewing from its thatched roof rondavels and walkways. Game drive enroute with lunch at Taita Hills.
Mid-morning game drive animals expected to be seen includes lions, cheetah, baboons, giraffes, elephants just to mention but a few. Lunch and drive back to Mombasa where you will be transferred back to your hotel.
